Job summary

Immaculate Homecare Services is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide in-home care. You will help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent, delivering personal care, ADLs, meal support, and light housekeeping in a home setting.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification is required.
• Compassionate, dependable and patient demeanor.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily living assistance (ADLs).
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, repositioning and range-of-motion exercises.
• Prepare meals according to dietary needs and assist with feeding.
• Provide medication reminders and assist with self-administered medications.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in activities.
• Escort clients to appointments and assist with errands/transportation.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks.
• Observe and report changes to the Care Manager.
• Complete accurate shift documentation.

Hours 7am-11am every Thursday and Friday

What You'll Do

As a CNA, you'll provide compassionate personal care and daily living assistance, including:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, toileting, and incontinence care
• Safely assist with transfers, ambulation, repositioning, and range-of-motion exercises
• Prepare meals based on dietary needs and assist with feeding when appropriate
• Provide medication reminders and assist with self-administered, pre-organized medications
• Offer companionship through conversation, games, reading, and memory-enhancing activities
• Accompany clients to appointments and assist with errands and transportation
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, linen changes, and household organization
• Assist with plant care and occasional pet care as needed
• Observe and report changes in client condition to the Care Manager
• Complete accurate documentation at the end of each shift

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation
• CPR certification preferred
• Previous caregiving or home care experience is a plus
