Job summary

River Lodge Assisted Living is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our caring team in Mountain Home, Arkansas. The role focuses on providing personal hygiene assistance and mobility support to elderly residents, as well as helping with meals and daily activities.

The right candidate will be able to work night shifts, lift up to 50 pounds, and thrive in a one-on-one care setting. Prior health-care or in-home care experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; CNA/HHA training or CNA program completion.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with mobility.
• Compassionate and supportive demeanor.
• Willingness to work nights and/or weekends.
• Experience in healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal hygiene assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming) for elderly or recovering patients.
• Assist with prescribed medications and ambulation.
• Help with mobility around the house or outdoors (appointments, walks).
• Plan and prepare meals.
• Assist with physical therapy exercises as directed.
• Complete shopping or accompany patients to store.
• Perform housekeeping duties and report incidents.
• Support daily living activities and meal assistance as needed.

We are looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our growing team. The right candidate will have a strong background in healthcare. The day-to-day duties of this role include planning and preparing meals, helping clients with mobility around or outside of the house, and providing personal hygiene assistance.

Shift: Nights, 10pm-6am, 2pm-10pm

Responsibilities

• Provide personal hygiene assistance for elderly patients or those recovering from surgeries, injuries or accidents by attending to their basic needs, such as showering, bathing, dressing and eating
• Help clients take prescribed medication and assist clients with ambulation
• Help with mobility around the house or outside (doctor's appointments, walks etc.)
• Plan and prepare meals
• Assist with physical therapy exercises
• Complete client's shopping or accompany them to successfully do so
• Perform housekeeping duties
• Report any unusual incidents and act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
• Offer activities that areessential for daily living by assisting patients with their meals, including serving and other tasks, if necessary

Qualifications

• Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with physical capability to perform job-related duties
• Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner
• Available to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekends
• Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment preferred, not required.
