Job summary

Immaculate Homecare Services in Massachusetts is seeking compassionate CNAs to provide in-home care, maintaining safety, comfort, and independence for clients. You will join a team that values communication, collaboration, and trust while delivering high-quality home-based care.

As a CNA you will perform ADLs, assist with transfers and mobility, prepare meals, remind about medications, provide companionship, transport clients to appointments, and handle light housekeeping.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Previous caregiving or home care experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal care.
• Safely assist with transfers, ambulation, repositioning, and ROM.
• Prepare meals per dietary needs and assist feeding when appropriate.
• Provide medication reminders and assist with self-administered medications.
• Offer companionship through conversation, games, reading, and memory activities.
• Accompany clients to appointments and assist with errands and transportation.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, linen changes, and household organization.
• Assist with plant care and occasional pet care as needed.
• Observe and report changes in client condition to the Care Manager.
• Complete accurate documentation at the end of each shift.

Hours: Every Sat & Sun 8a-8p

What You'll Do

As a CNA, you'll provide compassionate personal care and daily living assistance, including:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, toileting, and incontinence care


• Safely assist with transfers, ambulation, repositioning, and range-of-motion exercises


• Prepare meals based on dietary needs and assist with feeding when appropriate


• Provide medication reminders and assist with self-administered, pre-organized medications


• Offer companionship through conversation, games, reading, and memory-enhancing activities


• Accompany clients to appointments and assist with errands and transportation


• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, linen changes, and household organization


• Assist with plant care and occasional pet care as needed


• Observe and report changes in client condition to the Care Manager


• Complete accurate documentation at the end of each shift
