Job summary

Immaculate Homecare Services is seeking compassionate CNAs to provide high-quality in-home care in Massachusetts. You will assist clients with daily living activities, meals, and mobility while promoting safety and independence.

Responsibilities include transport to appointments, light housekeeping, documentation of changes, and engaging clients with meaningful activities. CNA certification and reliable transportation are required; CPR is preferred.

Qualifications

What You'll Do

As a CNA, you'll provide compassionate personal care and daily living assistance, including:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, toileting, and incontinence care
• Safely assist with transfers, ambulation, repositioning, and range-of-motion exercises
• Prepare meals based on dietary needs and assist with feeding when appropriate
• Provide medication reminders and assist with self-administered, pre-organized medications
• Offer companionship through conversation, games, reading, and memory-enhancing activities
• Accompany clients to appointments and assist with errands and transportation
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, linen changes, and household organization
• Assist with plant care and occasional pet care as needed
• Observe and report changes in client condition to the Care Manager
• Complete accurate documentation at the end of each shift
