Job summary

Immaculate Homecare Services in Massachusetts is seeking compassionate CNAs to provide safe, comfortable, and independent living support in clients' homes. You will perform ADLs, meal assistance, and transport support, while building trust with clients and families.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation
• CPR certification preferred
• Previous caregiving or home care experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, toileting, and incontinence care
• Safely assist with transfers, ambulation, repositioning, and range-of-motion exercises
• Prepare meals based on dietary needs and assist with feeding when appropriate
• Provide medication reminders and assist with self-administered, pre-organized medications
• Offer companionship through conversation, games, reading, and memory-enhancing activities
• Accompany clients to appointments and assist with errands and transportation
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, linen changes, and household organization
• Assist with plant care and occasional pet care as needed
• Observe and report changes in client condition to the Care Manager
• Complete accurate documentation at the end of each shift

Hours : 8:30a- 12:30a Sat & Sun

7p-11pm daily

What You'll Do
