Job summary

Immaculate Homecare Services is seeking compassionate CNAs to provide in-home care, helping clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home. You will perform ADLs, assist with transfers, meals, medication reminders, and companionship in a supportive, client-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Previous caregiving or home care experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, toileting, and incontinence care.
• Safely assist with transfers, ambulation, repositioning, and range-of-motion exercises.
• Prepare meals based on dietary needs and assist with feeding when appropriate.
• Provide medication reminders and assist with self-administered, pre-organized medications.
• Offer companionship through conversation, games, reading, and memory-enhancing activities.
• Accompany clients to appointments and assist with errands and transportation.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, linen changes, and household organization.
• Assist with plant care and occasional pet care as needed.
• Observe and report changes in client condition to the Care Manager.
• Complete accurate documentation at the end of each shift.
