Job summary

Everstead Health & Rehabilitation in Russellville, AL is accepting applications for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our caring team and support residents with daily living activities. You will work closely with nurses and therapists to ensure high-quality care in a patient-centered environment.

Qualified candidates must hold a current Alabama CNA certification. Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team.
• Document resident care accurately and timely.
• Promote resident comfort, dignity, independence and quality of life.
• Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment.
• Follow infection prevention, safety and facility policies and procedures.
• Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, physicians and other team members.
