Timberland Health and Rehabilitation Center in Butler, Alabama is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to join our dedicated team. You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and support comfort and well-being in a skilled nursing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and exercise programs
• Measure and record vital signs, weight, and other health indicators
• Observe residents' physical and emotional condition and report concerns to supervisors
• Support residents' nutritional needs by assisting with meals, hydration and feeding as needed
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, including making beds and changing linens
• Assist with admissions, discharges and transfers while ensuring comfort
• Document care provided accurately in medical records and charts
• Communicate effectively with residents, facilities and other team members
• Respond promptly to resident call lights and urgent needs

Timberland Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)to join our growing team in Butler, Alabama. In this role, you will work closely with our nursing staff to provide excellent care to our residents, assisting with daily activities, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring their comfort and well-being.

CNA Requirements
