Job summary

Everstead Health & Rehabilitation in Russellville, AL is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). Join a supportive team to provide compassionate daily resident care, including ADLs, mobility, and comfort, while following safety and infection prevention guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and mobility.

• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation using proper safety techniques.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team.
• Document resident care accurately and timely.
• Promote resident comfort, dignity, independence, and quality of life.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and facility policies and procedures.
• Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, physicians, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
