Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct professional care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living.
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and exercise programs.
• Measure and record vital signs, weight, and other health indicators.
• Observe residents' physical and emotional condition and report concerns to supervisors.
• Support residents' nutritional needs by assisting with meals, hydration, and feeding as needed.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, including beds and linens.
• Assist with admissions, discharges and transfers while ensuring comfort.
• Document care provided accurately in medical records and charts.
• Communicate effectively with residents, facilities, and other team members.
• Respond promptly to resident call lights and urgent needs.

Stonehaven Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)to join our growing team in Bessemer, Alabama. CNA Requirements
