Job summary

Crowne Health Care is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our long-term care and rehabilitation facility specializing in geriatric care. All shifts are available: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM and 11:00 PM–7:00 AM.

We value dependable, compassionate CNAs who support residents with daily living activities, documentation, and teamwork in a friendly, resident-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must successfully pass background check and drug screen.
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
• Dependable with strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate and comfortable working with geriatric residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living according to individualized care plans.
• Help residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility and other personal care needs.
• Take and document vital signs as directed.
• Complete electronic documentation of care and services provided.
• Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nurse.
• Assist with transfers, positioning and mobility following safety procedures.
• Communicate effectively with nurses, coworkers, residents and families.
• Maintain a clean, safe, comfortable and respectful environment for residents.
• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care maintaining dignity and privacy.
