Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners is seeking a compassionate CNA to deliver in-home, one-on-one care in Riverton, Wyoming. You will support daily living activities, provide companionship, and follow individualized care plans in patients’ homes, ensuring accurate EMR documentation.

Requirements include a Wyoming CNA certification, CPR, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license. Prior home health or hospice experience is a plus, and the role offers flexible shifts.

Qualifications

Compensation

Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors. The listed range reflects entry-level to highly experienced applicants.

• PTO (Full-Time and Part-Time employees only)

Shifts

• PRN - minimum of 12 hours every 30 days
• Part-Time - evening 4 hour shifts

Key Responsibilities
