Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners in Lakewood, CO is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide in-home, one-on-one care for clients who served in DOE or Nuclear programs. You will assist with ADLs, provide companionship, assist with meals and light housekeeping, and document care plans using EMR standards.

Qualified candidates have a Colorado CNA certification, CPR, a high school diploma or GED, and reliable transportation to clients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility)

• Monitor and report changes in condition
• Follow care plans and document accurately using EMR standards

Compensation

$17.75-$25.50/hr depending on experience
$1/hr shift differential for nights and weekends
