Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver in-home, purpose-driven care to patients in the Montrose, Delta, and Cedaredge areas. This role emphasizes compassionate, one-on-one support in patients' homes, aligned with DOE/Nuclear Energy program client needs.

The position offers full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules with competitive hourly wages and a $1/hr night/weekend differential, plus standard benefits for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Provide one-on-one, in-home care per care plans.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility.
• Document changes and care notes using EMR standards.
• Must hold Colorado CNA certification and CPR.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work independently in a non-facility setting.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Delivering Purpose-Driven Care to Atomic Heroes

Compensation

$16.00-$22.00/hr depending on experience

$1/hr shift differential for nights and weekends

Shifts

• Travel to Montrose, Delta, and Cedaredge
• Full-Time - 30 plus hours a week
• Part-Time - less than 30 hours per week
• PRN - minimum of 12 hours every month
