Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners in Ten Sleep, WY seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver one-on-one in-home care for individuals connected to Department of Energy or Nuclear Energy programs. You will provide daily living support, companionship, and safe, person-centered care in patients' homes.

Ideal candidates hold a Wyoming CNA, CPR, HS diploma or GED, valid driver's license, and can work independently. Home health or hospice experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active Wyoming CNA certification.
• CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently in a non-facility setting.
• Home health, long-term care, or hospice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility)
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and social engagement
• Support meal preparation, nutrition support and light housekeeping; monitor and report changes in condition
• Follow care plans and document accurately using EMR standards

Compensation:

Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors. The listed range reflects entry-level to highly experienced applicants.

• PTO (Full-Time and Part-Time employees only)

Shifts:
