Job summary

Trustwell Living at Terrebonne Place seeks compassionate Caregivers and CNAs to join our dedicated care team in Houma, LA. We provide full medical benefits for full-time staff and substantial PTO to support a healthy work-life balance.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with ADLs, mobility, and daily routines, while upholding dignity and independence. Requirements include English communication, and CNA certification where state mandates, with CPR/First Aid preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred.
• CNA credential when required by the state.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to read, write, and verbally communicate in English.

• Provide services as indicated on resident service plans, including but not limited to bathing assistance, toileting assistance, transfer, and mobility assistance.
• Build relationships with the amazing people who live in our community.
