Trustwell Living is seeking Caregivers and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs or HCAs) to join our compassionate team in Vancouver, WA. You will help residents with daily care and create a home-like environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• CNA or HCA certification as required by state.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Able to read, write, and verbally communicate in English

• Provide bathing, toileting, and other personal care as outlined in service plans.
• Support dignity, privacy, and a home-like environment for residents.

• Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

As a Caregiver (HCA)/ Certified Nurse Assistant, you are responsible for the following:

• Adhere to and convey a philosophy of supporting dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents.
• Assist with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, and assistance with other care while encouraging self-care and independence.
• Provide services as indicated on resident service plans, including but not limited to bathing assistance, toileting assistance, transfer, and mobility assistance.
• Build relationships with the amazing people who live in our community.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred.
• CNA or HCA when required by the state
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Able to read, write, and verbally communicate in English
