Job summary

Trustwell Living at Kingsbury Place is hiring Caregivers and CNAs to support residents with dignity and independence in a home-like environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, transfers, and mobility, following resident service plans, and building relationships with residents. Weekend and holiday availability is required; state CNA certification may apply where required. Excellent benefits are provided for full- and part-time staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Completion of state-specific CNA certification if required by state.
• Be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification.
• Genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment.
• Must be available some weekends and holidays.

As a Caregiver/Nurse Aid at Trustwell Living, your responsibilities will include:

• Adhere to and convey a philosophy of supporting dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents.
• Assist with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, and assistance with other care while encouraging self-care and independence.
• Provide services as indicated on resident service plans, including but not limited to bathing assistance, toileting assistance, transfer, and mobility assistance.
• Build relationships with the amazing people who live in our community.

The ideal candidate will:

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of the current state-specific certification, where required.
• Be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification
• Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment
• Must be available some weekends and holidays*
