Job summary

Trustwell Living at Eagle Pointe Place is hiring Caregivers and CNAs to join our compassionate care team. You will assist residents with daily activities and support dignity and independence in a home-like setting.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, state certification if required, and CPR/First Aid readiness. Weekend availability and a genuine interest in geriatric care are valued. We offer strong benefits and advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to dignity, privacy, independence, choice, and home-like environment for residents.
• Assist with ADLs, environmental orientation, and other care while promoting self-care and independence.
• Provide services per resident service plans: bathing, toileting, transfer, mobility assistance.
• Build relationships with residents.

As a Caregiver/Nurse Aid at Trustwell Living, your responsibilities will include:

• Adhere to and convey a philosophy of supporting dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents.
• Assist with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, and assistance with other care while encouraging self-care and independence.
• Provide services as indicated on resident service plans, including but not limited to bathing assistance, toileting assistance, transfer, and mobility assistance.
• Build relationships with the amazing people who live in our community.

The ideal candidate will:

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of the current state-specific certification, where required.
• Be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification
• Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment
• Must be available some weekends and holidays*
