Job summary

Trustwell Living at Eagle Pointe Place is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join a compassionate care team. You will support residents with daily activities and dignity in a home-like environment, focusing on independence and quality of life.

Must have 1 year of experience preferred, CNA as required by state, CPR/First Aid preferred, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. English communication skills are essential. This is a full-time position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred.
• CNA when required by the state
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Able to read, write, and verbally communicate in English

Responsibilities

• Adhere to and convey a philosophy of supporting dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents.
• Assist with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, and assistance with other care while encouraging self-care and independence.
• Provide services as indicated on resident service plans, including but not limited to bathing assistance, toileting assistance, transfer, and mobility assistance.
• Build relationships with the amazing people who live in our community.
