Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred.
• CNA certification required by state where applicable.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with mobility.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to and convey a philosophy of supporting dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents.
• Assist with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence.
• Provide services as indicated on resident service plans, including bathing, toileting, transfer, and mobility assistance.
• Build relationships with residents and the care community.

As a Caregiver/ Certified Nurse Assistant, you are responsible for the following:
