Job summary

Cambridge House of O'Fallon is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide individualized care per each resident's care plan and assist with ADLs.

You will report health changes to the clinical team, engage residents and families, participate in ongoing learning, and help maintain confidentiality; opportunities for advancement and benefits are available.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide compassionate care with love, dignity and respect.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care per resident’s care plan.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and dignity.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Engage with residents and families in a compassionate and impactful manner.
• Participate in educational seminars, staff meetings and other learning experiences.
