Job summary

Oasis at 56th is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our compassionate care team. You will provide individualized assistance according to each resident’s care plan, support daily living activities, and communicate health changes to the clinical team.

We value empathetic interactions with residents and families, ongoing learning, and strict confidentiality. This role may include other duties as assigned and requires a current CNA certification.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized care per resident care plans.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and dignity.
• Report changes in health status to the clinical team.
• Engage with residents and families with compassion and empathy.
• Participate in ongoing education and training sessions.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required
• Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love , compassion , and dignity
