Job summary

Heritage Woods of Canton is seeking a dedicated CNA to provide individualized care as outlined in each resident’s plan. You will assist with Activities of Daily Living, promoting independence and dignity in a compassionate environment.

Join our team to report health changes to the clinical staff, engage with residents and families, and participate in ongoing education while upholding strict privacy standards and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be a certified CNA with current certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to provide care with love, compassion and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ADL assistance while promoting independence and dignity.
• Report health status changes to the clinical team.
