Job summary

Gardant-Management-Solution is seeking a dedicated CNA to provide individualized care according to each resident’s care plan and assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and dignity.

The ideal candidate holds a High School diploma or GED and a current CNA certification, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. You will participate in education sessions, uphold privacy regulations, and support a caring environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs while promoting independence.
