Job summary

Paycom is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant for a part-time 3rd shift role at St. Anthony of Lansing, Lansing, IL 60438, $19.00 per hour. You will deliver individualized care according to each resident’s care plan and assist with activities of daily living, promoting independence while preserving dignity. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and current CNA certification. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required
• Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
