Job summary

Reflections Retirement Community in Downers Grove, IL is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join the 3rd shift on a part-time basis. You will deliver individualized care per each resident's care plan and assist with activities of daily living while promoting independence and dignity.

You will report changes to the clinical team, connect with residents and families with empathy, and participate in ongoing training and staff meetings.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Location: Lacey Creek Supportive Living - Downers Grove, IL 60515

Position Type: Part Time

Salary Range: $18.00 - $18.00 Hourly

Job Shift: 3rd shift

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required
• Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
