Job summary

Brookstone Estates Emerald Glen Grand Victorian in Harrisburg, IL is seeking a part-time CNA to provide compassionate resident care per care plans. You will assist with activities of daily living and communicate health observations to the clinical team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized care per each resident’s care plan.
• Assist with ADLs while promoting independence and dignity.
• Report health changes to the clinical team.
• Engage with residents and families with compassion and impact.
• Participate in seminars, staff meetings and learning opportunities.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Salary Range: $15.00 - $17.00 Hourly

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required
• Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
