Job summary

Reflections Retirement Community in Swansea, IL is seeking a Part-Time CNA to deliver compassionate, resident-centered care according to each care plan.

You will assist with Activities of Daily Living, promote independence, and report health changes to the clinical team while safeguarding privacy and dignity. You’ll engage with residents and families to create positive experiences.

Shift: 2nd; Pay: $19.00 per hour; benefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent is required.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion and dignity.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information
• Perform any other duties as assigned
