Job summary

Churchview Supportive Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to deliver individualized care aligned with each resident's care plan in a supportive living setting.

You will assist with Activities of Daily Living, promote independence, and report health status changes to the clinical team while upholding resident dignity and confidentiality. Participation in ongoing education and team meetings is encouraged.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide care with love, compassion and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized care per each resident’s care plan.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and dignity.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner.
• Engage in ongoing learning through seminars, staff meetings and other trainings.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
