Job summary

Oasis-At-30th in Indianapolis seeks a compassionate CNA to deliver individualized care according to each resident’s care plan. You will assist with ADLs, promoting independence and dignity while maintaining confidentiality.

Report health changes to the clinical team, engage with residents and families, and participate in ongoing education. The role supports work-life balance with a focus on growth and learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program.
• Current CPR and AED certification.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
