Job summary

Vivera-Senior-Living-of-Columbu is seeking a compassionate CNA to deliver individualized care per each resident’s plan in Columbus, Indiana. You will assist with ADLs while promoting independence and dignity, reporting health changes to the clinical team, and connecting with residents and families to create positive experiences.

Continued learning through seminars and staff meetings is expected, with strict adherence to confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED required.
• CNA certification from accredited program.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to serve with love, compassion and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and dignity.
