Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide individualized resident care according to care plans. You will assist with ADLs, maintain dignity, and communicate changes to the clinical team.

You will engage with residents and families warmly and participate in ongoing training and team meetings. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and an accredited CNA certification, with strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to care.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED required.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited CNA program.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan.
