Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a certified Nursing Assistant to provide individualized care to residents in accordance with care plans. You will assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and dignity, reporting health changes to the clinical team.

You will connect with residents and families in a compassionate manner, participate in ongoing education, and ensure confidentiality of resident information while performing duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED required.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide compassionate care with dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ADL support and promote independence.
• Report health status changes to the clinical team.
