Job summary

Gardant-Management-Solution in Bloomington, IN is seeking a dedicated CNA to deliver individualized resident care and follow each resident’s care plan, assisting with ADLs while promoting independence and dignity.

You will report health changes to the clinical team, engage with residents and families, participate in ongoing training, and uphold privacy standards. This role emphasizes compassion, teamwork, and a commitment to high-quality elder care.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide compassionate, dignified care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan.
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience.
