Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Sullivan, Illinois, is seeking a compassionate CNA to provide individualized care per each resident’s plan. You will assist with Activities of Daily Living while maintaining independence and dignity, and report health changes to the clinical team.

You will engage with residents and families, participate in ongoing learning opportunities, and ensure confidentiality and privacy of resident information. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must show compassion, love and dignity in care.

Responsibilities
