Job summary

Vivera-Senior-Living-of-Columbu seeks a caring CNA to deliver individualized care per each resident's plan and assist with ADLs while promoting independence and dignity.

You will report health status changes to the clinical team, connect with residents and families compassionately, and participate in ongoing education while maintaining strict confidentiality and privacy standards.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program completion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide compassionate, dignified care.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and dignity.
• Report health status changes to the clinical team.
• Engage with residents and families with compassion to create a positive experience.
• Adhere to confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
