Job summary

Elara Caring seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our homecare team across CT towns including New Britain, Middletown, Meriden and Wallingford. You will provide compassionate in-home care, assist with daily living activities, and help patients stay safely at home.

Must be CNA-certified and active with CT Nurse Aide Registry, with reliable transportation to travel between patient homes. We offer comprehensive onboarding, support, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• CNA license in CT or applicable state is required.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and transfer patients up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent communication and compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home CNA care to patients in their homes.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Monitor patient condition and report changes to supervisor.
