Elara Caring is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide for PRN home care visits across Hartford, Vernon, Granby and surrounding areas in CT. You will provide hands-on personal care, assist with activities of daily living, and monitor patient health under RN guidance.

Must hold a CT CNA or Home Health Aide certification and have reliable transportation or a valid driver’s license. Enjoy flexible PRN schedules with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and daily activities.
• Take and record vital signs (temp, pulse, respirations, BP).
• Assist patients with transfers and mobility.
• Follow each patient’s care plan and document accurately.
