Elara Caring in Connecticut is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our homecare team. You must be certified and active with the CT Nurse Aide Registry.

Work will be conducted in patients' homes in New Britain, Middletown, Meriden and Wallingford, providing compassionate in-home care. We offer competitive hourly pay ($19.00–$20.00), comprehensive onboarding, benefits for full-time staff, and opportunities for advancement.

What is Required? The base salary for this position is $19.00 to $20.00 per hour, based on the company’s good faith estimate at the time of posting. Actual pay will be determined based on factors such as education, experience, skills, and internal equity. This role may also be eligible for additional compensation, which could include performance-based bonuses, commissions, on-call pay, or other incentive earnings. These components are not guaranteed and depend on individual and/or team performance. Full compensation details, including total rewards and applicable benefits, will be discussed during the interview process.
