Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide one-on-one in-home care across Waterbury, Thomaston, Naugatuck, Watertown and nearby towns. Work a flexible PRN schedule and focus on a single patient at a time in the comfort of the patient’s home.

Active CNA certification in CT is required. You will perform personal care, promote safety, and support patients to maintain independence, with competitive hourly pay and potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in CT and in good standing.
• Passion for providing high-quality patient care.

• Positive attitude and dependable work ethic.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the service area.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and assist up to 50 pounds including transfers.

Requirements

The base salary for this position is $19.00 to $20.00 per hour, based on the company’s good faith estimate at the time of posting. Actual pay will be determined based on factors such as education, experience, skills, and internal equity.

This role may also be eligible for additional compensation, which could include performance-based bonuses, commissions, on-call pay, or other incentive earnings. These components are not guaranteed and depend on individual and/or team performance.
