Galleria Woods Senior Living in Hoover, AL is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our Skilled Nursing team. We offer a $1,500 retention bonus, low resident-to-staff ratios, and daily pay options. Available shifts include Full-Time Days, Part Time Nights, and PRN.

As a CNA, you will assist residents with daily living activities, meals, mobility, and transportation to activities while monitoring changes and reporting them. Alabama CNA certification and CPR/First Aid are preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Alabama CNA certification required.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• At least one year of CNA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, personal care).
• Helping residents with meals, mobility and transportation to activities.
• Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' condition, behavior or eating habits.
• Supporting resident independence, dignity, and comfort.
• Providing care that meets state and federal standards.

With a 30-bed Skilled Nursing Unit and low resident-to-staff ratios you'll have the time and support to provide personalized care while building meaningful relationships with residents.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

$1,500 Retention Bonus | Low Ratios | Daily Pay Available

Available Shifts

Full-Time Days

• 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. and every other weekend
• $1,500 Retention Bonus

Part Time Nights

• 5:00 p.m. - 1:00 a.m.

PRN/Per Diem

• Days: 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
• Nights: 7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.

Pay

$16.00 - $18.50 per hour (Based on experience)

What You'll Do
