Venza Care in Cullman, AL is hiring a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our supportive nursing team. You will help deliver exceptional resident care and support daily living activities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents, including ADLs such as bathing, dressing, eating, and hygiene.
• Support the nursing team by monitoring and reporting changes in resident conditions.
• Take and record vital signs, weights, and input/output as directed.
• Ensure residents’ comfort, safety, and dignity at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and common areas.
• Communicate effectively and compassionately with residents, families, and team members.
• Participate in care planning and implementation under the direction of licensed nursing staff.
