Job summary

Galleria Woods Senior Living is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Skilled Nursing team in Hoover, AL. We offer a $1,500 retention bonus, low resident-to-staff ratios, and a Daily Pay option to support our caregivers.

Full-Time Days, Part-Time Nights, and PRN shifts are available with competitive $16.00–$18.50 per hour wages. As a CNA, you will assist residents with daily living activities, meals, mobility, and transportation to activities while monitoring

Qualifications

• Current Alabama CNA certification.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• At least one year of CNA experience preferred.
• Compassion for seniors and a commitment to exceptional care.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to pass required background screening and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, personal care).
• Help residents with meals, mobility, and transportation to activities.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition, behavior, or eating habits.
• Support resident independence, dignity, and comfort.
• Provide care that meets company, state, and federal standards.

Galleria Woods Senior Living is looking for compassionate, dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our exceptional Skilled Nursing team. With a 30-bed Skilled Nursing Unit and low resident-to-staff ratios, you'll have the time and support to provide personalized care while building meaningful relationships with residents.

Available Shifts

Full-Time Days

• 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. and every other weekend
• $1,500 Retention Bonus

Part Time Nights

• 5:00 p.m. - 1:00 a.m.

PRN/Per Diem

• Days: 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
• Nights: 7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.

Pay

$16.00 - $18.50 per hour (Based on experience)

What You’ll Do

As a CNA, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
• Helping residents with meals, mobility, and transportation to activities
• Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' condition, behavior, or eating habits
• Supporting resident independence, dignity, and comfort
• Providing care that meets company, state, and federal standards
