Galleria Woods Senior Living in Hoover, AL is seeking a Part-Time Resident Care Assistant to support residents with daily activities in a 24-bed assisted living community. You will assist with bathing, dressing, mobility, meals, and safety, while maintaining dignity and promoting independence.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Supporting residents with mobility and transfers according to individualized service plans
• Escorting residents to meals, activities, and appointments within the community
• Serving meals in the dining room or resident apartments
• Observing and reporting changes in residents’ physical condition, eating habits, or behavior
• Promoting a safe, comfortable, and caring environment
• Providing services in accordance with company policies and state and federal regulations

Position Details

• Position: Resident Care Assistant (Part-Time)
• Location: Galleria Woods Senior Living, Hoover, AL
• Unit: 24-Bed Assisted Living Community
• Schedule: 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m., Every Other Weekend
• Pay Rate: $12.50 – $13.25 per hour

What You'll Do

As a Resident Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping residents maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life by:

Qualifications

Preferred

• Current Alabama CNA certification
• CPR and First Aid certification
