Job summary

HumanGood in Duarte, CA is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to deliver person-directed care. You will support residents with daily living, activities, and recreational programs while promoting independence and safety.

Shift is 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. with compensation $21.00–$25.00 per hour (DOE). New grads welcome; CNA certificate or enrollment required; prior caregiving experience preferred. Join a nonprofit leader and enjoy a robust benefits package.

Our Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) actively incorporate our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” You would develop awareness of residents’ interests and needs, and assist residents to maximize their independence and participation by providing exemplary care to residents ranging from basic needs, to activities of daily living, to recreational activities. You would help create a safe environment in which to provide resident care.

Shift: 11:00 p.m. -7:00 a.m.

Compensation: $21.00 - $25.00 (DOE)

To be successful in the role, you would have:

• Certified Nursing Assistant certificate or currently enrolled in program
• Prior CNA or caregiving experience preferred
• New grads are welcome!
