Job summary

Solaris HealthCare Charlotte Harbor is hiring full-time and part-time Certified Nursing Assistants to provide compassionate daily care to residents. The facility is located in Port Charlotte, FL and offers a supportive team environment with opportunities for growth.

Starting pay is $17.00 per hour with shift differentials of $3.00 for 3-11 and $5.00 for 11p-7a. A Florida AHCA background screening is required to join our care team.

Qualifications

• Must hold Florida CNA license and pass AHCA background screening
• Experience with ADLs and resident care
• Ability to follow infection control policies
• Good communication with residents and team
• Meets physical requirements to assist residents

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs and meals with the care team
• Follow center infection control and policies
• Measure and record heights, weights, temperatures, pulses, respirations and blood pressures as instructed
• Report changes in residents' condition to supervisor promptly
• Maintain CNAs certification as required by state law
