Job summary

Solaris Healthcare Charlotte Harbor is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a full-time position at our Port Charlotte, FL facility. You will provide compassionate resident care, assist with activities of daily living, meals, and vital sign checks, while adhering to infection control policies and facility guidelines.

Qualifications

• CNA Certification by the State is required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with ADLs and collaborate with the team for appropriate care.
• Assisting at meals and supporting residents during dining.
• Follow infection control practices and center policies.
• Measure and record heights/weights, temperatures, pulses, respirations, and blood pressures as instructed.
• Report changes in residents' condition to supervisor as soon as practical.
