Job summary

Solaris HealthCare Charlotte Harbor is hiring for a Full-Time Activities CNA at our Port Charlotte, FL facility. This role focuses on compassionate care for residents, assisting with ADLs, meals, and daily activities within a 180-bed skilled nursing and rehab setting.

Qualifications

• CNA Certification required by the State.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in caregiving is welcomed but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and collaborate with the team to ensure quality care.
• Assist with meals.
• Follow infection control protocols and center policies.
• Record heights, weights, temperatures, pulses, respirations, and blood pressures as instructed.
• Report changes in residents’ condition to the supervisor promptly.

Some of your Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Job Responsibilities include:
