Qualifications

• Must hold CNA certification by the state.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with ADLs and coordinating with the team to ensure appropriate resident care.
• Assisting at meals.
• Following infection control and center policies.
• Measuring and recording heights and weights, temperatures, pulses, respirations and blood pressures as instructed.
• Reporting all changes in residents’ condition to supervisor as soon as practical.
